Louisiana Tigers

Greetings everyone... Just playing around with the Tigers...building a base with flags embedded between the styrofoam and added a tree.

  5. You always come up with the most creative things. I read your replies and you said you just grabbed a weed from the back yard to make the tree. Now that's a good price for scenery! Embedding the flags is a really nice touch as it gives the overall work a stamp of integrity.

  8. I was in a reenactment 10 years ago and seeing the "Tigers" sudden face off with the 5th New York Zouaves out of the smoke was amazing even if it was all in "fun." A very colorful historical unit. Great figures Captain.

  9. Thanks guys...and LADIES for the comments, there were actually the first set of miniatures I ever painted. I just went over the red and did a redo on the main base.

  16. I've been searching high and low for flags for Wheat's Tigers. I'm familiar with the state flags shown, but can't clearly see the blue flag in the pics. What flag is that, and where can I see a plate or copy of that flag?
